Casita Higuera in Andalucia self catering accommodation for 2 or 3.

Lounge with seating for 2/3 dining table & chairs, tv, dvd, satellite cd/radio, heating/cooling.

Shower room with washbasin & wc, heating, fan & towel rail.

Kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave/grill, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer in top, all crockery & utensils.

Bedroom with twin beds, heating, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, drawers & clothes rail.

Outside, private upper & lower patios with sunbeds, sunshades, tables & chairs, gas bar-b-q, garden with fruit trees & fresh lemons always available.

All linen & towels are supplied, beach/ sunbathing towels supplied on request to save flight weight.

Total costs include all water, gas, electricity, cleaning on a weekly basis.

A 3rd fold out bed or baby cot can be made available.

Starter packs/groceries can be arranged.

A car is essential.

Note we are not absentee landlords we live next door & are able to resolve most problems instantly.

Spain 30 min Inland from the Costa del Sol, central for Antequera, Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba etc.

Within walking distance or a few min drive by car are :-

Venta Pastelero, air conditioned recently modernised bar/restaraunt which provides quality food & drink including tapas & a open air bar-b-q during July & August. All meals are home made & the lamb & goat are supplied by local farmers.

Bar Jose. A typical Spanish bar with air conditioning & open fire in winter serving drinks & tapas inside or on the terrace.

It is 10 km to either Villanueva de la Concepcion or Almogia, both of these towns have numerous bars & restaraunts, 24 hr medical services, banks with cash machines, chemists & numerous shops or mini supermarkets.

On Mondays there is a open air market in Concepcion & Tuesday in Antequera.

If you fancy a swim there are open air pools in both Concepcion & Almogia at a cost of a few euro for the day, also a pool & bar/restaraunt at Camping Antequera as a change of scenery.
